However, both items had the same tracking number for fed-ex. One item arrived on 11\/27\/2010. According to fed-ex, the tracking number was considered delivered, and I had no way of locating other item. I contacted customer service and notified them of this problem. They never replied to me. Seven days later, the second item was delivered to my house by fed-ex with the same tracking number on the package. I have used JC Whitney several times over the years, and have NEVER had a problem with them. They have always shipped within 24 hours of order placement, and all items are in good shape. This last order was received in good shape and within a reasonable amount of time. However, it was very disappointing not to receive a reply from CUSTOMER SERVICE regarding the tracking number issue with this order. This will not stop me from buying from JC Whitney in the future!
