Great system for an excellent price (just a hair over $700- free shipping- for a very capable gaming rig), with no added frills (e.g. I was able to specify "no operating system" and such). One problem is that my system arrived with one part missing. It came with a 802.11b/g wireless adapter pre-installed in a PCI slot, but the external screw-on antenna for the wireless adapter was missing. I contacted the merchant to let them know. But honestly, even if they don't ship me the part and I end up with a $20 dud of a wireless adapter, it's not that big a deal, since the price was so low to begin with. I'm satisfied.

Edited on March 6th: I have contacted them twice, but the merchant has not responded to my problem with the missing antenna. I still don't care all that much... the system is great otherwise, and I saved so much money that I'd still be in the black if I re-bought the part from newegg... but it's a liiittle bit disappointing.

Edited on March 9th: I have now contacted the company three times, still with absolutely no response. I'm becoming discouraged. This was such a tiny mistake on their part that I would think someone could solve it in less than 10 minutes (from reading the e-mail to grabbing the part off the shelf to packaging it up and addressing it to me). But I have not been helped yet at all.

Edited on June 19th, 2009: The issue eventually got resolved; it took a long time and required a number of phone calls, etc. That was kind of a drag. But I still use the computer, and it's been great--I think my next machine will be from Cyberpower, too.

Excellent. Fast service, fast shipping, great value. The product (the ingenuiTEA teapot and four sampler teas) was even better than I was expecting, and arrived in perfect condition. I plan to order from them regularly in the future.

Edited to add: I have continued shopping at this site and the service is still excellent. There was one hiccup, though: They have a link rewards program, and it took them about two months to process my submission for some reason; every attempt I made to figure out the status of my submission was ignored.

BUT: When it did finally get worked out, they threw in even more bonus stuff for my trouble. So let me be clear-- the only thing I've ever had any trouble with was essentially getting some free stuff, and they made up for it by giving me even more than I actually deserved. Great folks.

I wanted to get a ring for my girlfriend with a particular Chinese phrase engraved upon it. AC Jewelry offers Chinese translations for engravings on their more expensive pieces, but I'm literate in Chinese, so I wanted to pick my own phrase.

After a week of e-mails to the company (they were very unresponsive), I finally received a price quote, and I submitted an order for the ring I wanted. Since the order did not contain the custom Chinese engraving, I gave specific instructions that the order was not to be charged to my credit card until the manager I had been in contact with (Anthony) added the engraving and related charges.

But they charged the order immediately for a PLAIN ring, even charging me sales tax, even though I live out of state.

I sent a few e-mails requesting that they fix the errors and add the agreed-upon engraving, but those e-mails went unanswered.

Finally, I e-mailed them asking them to cancel the order. They did not. So I e-mailed again a total of five times over the next three days demanding that they cancel the order and issue a refund-- I finally received my refund today, but no letter of explanation from AC Jewelry as to why their service was so terrible, nor any confirmation that they received any of the messages I sent after they mangled my order.

I got my money back in the end, but their level of service was terrible.
