Same basic story as other reviews: placed my order on the web site and my credit card was immediately charged. Several days later I get an email from Danielle saying my items are on backorder for "2 to 3 weeks". I immediately replied to cancel my order and got no acknowledgment. Called the next day to follow up; my order had not been cancelled, Danielle is not around, and no one but Danielle can help. When I was persistent (but polite), the rude receptionist hung up on me.
It's clear that these people simply wait for orders from unsuspecting customers THEN procure the items and send them. They deliberately obscure they fact that they have no stock on hand. And it's obvious that this is a rinky dink operation trying to take advantage of people who don't know they're going to be charged immediately and made to wait for weeks for their items to arrive, if they ever do.
If you're unfortunate enough to have an open order with these shady people, you should dispute your credit card charge NOW. Don't let enough time go by that you miss the chance to dispute. If the credit card companies get enough charge backs, they will eventually raise their prices and ultimately drop this deceptive vendor.
