Like everyone else I find that Sears online ordering is a farce. Repeated attempts to place the order failed, getting locked into a "review order"-"pay for order"-"review order"-"pay for order" cycle that could not be broken.
Starting over for the third or fourth time(yeah, I know I should have quit after the first time) I finally got the order placed. As with all others I received NO email confirmation, even after repeated requests. Contact with customer service always was the same. Totally useless! After several days I see that the order is still "processing". I have paid for the items already. It is only two days before they are to arrive. If they are not here then, the next day I go to small claims court and file the paperwork to insure Sears Holdings/Sears.com follow through on their side of the business agreement, delivery of purchased items in exchange for my already processed payment. Perhaps even adding in some extra padding for my time and efforts. It's a good thing I had the presence of mind to write down an order number without the email. Is it any wonder Sears is going down the toilet? I can hardly wait for them to finally close the doors for good.
