Absolutely the worst consumer experience in my life. I ordered a used PC as well as miscellaneous PC parts. They charged my credit card the day after I ordered, never shipped any portion of the order, never refunded a dime. Three weeks after I placed the order they responded to my emails saying that they "had cancelled the order and would refund within several days". It never happened. Later they replied they would "issue a refund within 10 days"... again, it never happened.
I had paid with a credit card, so I contested the charge with the credit card and it was reversed by my credit card company who then went back on the company's bank account. It was well worth the small hassle of contesting the charge to get my money back.
In doing a quick search online, I see many, many other customers with the same experience. Too much of a pattern here to be a coincidence!
