charged my credit card even though they knew the product
sonic view 8000hd was out of stock 12/08.....
but they still sent me a tracking email just the same.
week before christmas still no package, called several times
and got the standard speel the package will be shipped
shortly....as it turned out the company went out of
business and all left over stock is whats avail.
called for a refund , but just got a song and dance, with
an offer of upgrade to better unit panset 9200hd, i said fine
as long as u can match the price, since GO is more expensive
than other retailers. Go said they would call me back
and/or send an email, after several days of waiting, i called
back and the service rep knew nothing of the previous conversation, and said my sonicview 8000 was already shipped
(mon 04jan) called today and they have no idea where my
item is, plus someone noted in my order remarks....do not refund.
this company is the worst i've ever delt with in my entire
life and i plan to file a complaint with canadian govt. and
the consumer protection bureau of vancouver for starters
