All website and no substance! Don't buy! Shopping on the o2gearshop website, I saw two very similar jackets. One was in stock and the other said ships in 5-7 days. So, I ordered the jacket that was in stock figuring it would ship sooner. I placed my order from o2gearshop on 11/28/2008 and received an email order confirmation immediately. However, 7 days later and it didn't ship. Sent and email and received no response. Called on the phone and kept getting their recording. So, called and held for about 45 minutes when someone finally answered. He said they were getting a shipment of those jackets in and they would ship in the next two days. I waited 11 days total but they still never shipped. So I sent an email canceling the order and called my credit card company. These guys pay more attention to their web site than running the business. Seems like a bunch of young kids to me. I won't buy again. I got the same item for only $8 more at a competitor. O2gearshop is horrible!

Update: So the rip off crew at O2Gearshop never canceled my order and shipped it anyway even thought I sent THREE EMAILS telling them CANCEL and DO NOT SHIP IT!!! So weeks later I get the item and can't return it! THEY REALLY REALLY SUCK! I tell everyone I see and know NOT to order from them. I know I have personally cost them many sales just from my own negative experience that I have shared with so many others. Nice job, O2Crapshop!

This was my first order with eforcity. They had the absolute lowest price on a snap on hard case for my new cell phone. So, I figured I'd give them a try. I received and email order confirmation right after placing my order and a shipping notice email the next day. My item arrived quickly and well packaged. I am very please with the prices, communication and service I received. I will order from them again for sure.
