I am a electronics novice. The item descriptions are thorough, explicit, and easy to understand. I was VERY comfortable in making my purchase. There was no doubt that this item would suit my current and future needs. However, had I needed assistance, it was quite obvious that this company had knowledgeable people who could explain things in a way that anyone could understand.

The shipping was EXTREMLY FAST and everything was in PERFECT condition and easy to set up.

I cannot thank Bombay Electronics enough for this opportunity to get top quality, and top features, at a VERY good price! When this DVD player says it's the best, it's true.
