I ordered a replacement coffee carafe for my coffee maker. The web site claimed it would fit my model but when it arrived it didn't. When I called to return the product they said I would have to pay shipping back and a restocking fee. I recognize that this was their return policy that I saw before ordering, but they charged $13 to ship an $8 product and then made me pay to send it back when their description was incorrect. So now I've paid over $20 and wasted hours of my time and still can't make a cup of coffee.

Bottom line: their shipping prices, return policy, and customer service are awful. I'll never order from them again. And I hope you don't either.
