Puchased the clear acrylic case and assumed everything would be fine. None of the panels (except for the back) were cut at all. They all had flat surfaces. I went to RMA for a full refund and carefully read the return policy. They state there will be a restocking fee, but do not specifically say anything about defective items. They refused to give me a full refund because of their vague policy!

edit: I was contacted today (5/25/06) about my rating. Hopefully I will be credited for my defective case. I was a bit wary when the gentlemen told me to revise my review, and I replied I will revise it once I am credited.

edit2 (6/1/06): They refunded me for the purchase for the case and not for the shipping, which I expected. Seems I expected a bit more than what they thought. Ahh well, this is still 1 unhappy (former) customer.

first off i would like to say that they advertised free shipping. when i went to order, no free shipping was available. i called them monday and was able to get the free shipping. 2nd, they advertised major brand ddr333. i recieved a brand called Kahlon. i never heard of the company, called and asked the representative and she said she never heard of it either. so i go to return it asking for samsung. they wrote me back and said their only have elixir and hynix and they were sorry to hear that the Micron memory wasnt compatible with my system! i told them i can wait if they have plans to get some more samsung ddr333, otherwise to send the elixir. lets see if they can at least do that right.

Update
they sent me some elixir and system is running fine. still very angry they did not refund me for sending the crap RAM back. buyer beware of these scam artists!

Fast shipping, I always enjoy doing business with them. They had what I needed at a low cost. I shall remain a customer with them for a long time from a previous purchase and how they handled it.
