I ordered a HP ethernet card. It arrived in a couple of days, but did not work. I called their customer service as noted in their instructions and was told to send an e-mail, which I did, and did again, and then again a third time. Finally, after about a week, I received an e-mail asking about what the problem was and with troubleshooting info. I followed their instructions and then got back to them that it still didn't work. They provided a return authorization and sent out a replacement, which has worked just wonderfully.
