Because I wasn\u0027t able to get to the brake pads until after the 30-Day window for returns, they told me that I\u0027d have to pay to ship them back and get the correct brake pads. I kindly asked that they pay the return shipping, because it was their mistake for sending me the wrong part. They said no. I asked them it if was worth losing a customer, and he wouldn\u0027t answer the question. It amazes me how terrible customer service is becoming.
