On-line ordering had inconsistencies resulting in some delay while submitting an order and also bunch of confusion.
1. The order address and payment page has Billing Address which has a checkbox: Same as shipping. Even if it is checked, the form still does not submit and I had to enter all billing address info again
2. After first attempt to submit the order, something occurred and the page came back. This time there were no option to enter or modify the payment option other than it already showed "Visa". I assumed the page keeps the previously entered visa info hidden (good! or so I thought) and when I tried to submit - it constantly gave me the same error: SVV Info must be entered - but there were no enter field on a page to do so
3. After refreshing the entire page it came back blank first time, andit came back with all fields but the Visa empty - so it actually kept the visa info, but I had to enter all addresses again (twice - for shipping and for billing)
4. I believe first time I was able to select shipping option as FedEx ground for $9.xx, but after refresh this option disappeared giving me only next one in order which is $12.xx, thus my total order also went up $3.00. I also noticed the order total going up for these $3.00 (I remembered the original total and then saw the "updated" one after second attempt)
Also I noticed that it is not easy to find something for sale on the site unless it is an obvious thing like a camera or a lens. I was buying a teleconverter and I had to guess how to navigate to the page that actually shows teleconverters. KEH could improve on site navigation.
Like I said - inconsistency and inconvenience. I still made the order through since I do trust KEH in general, but they should improve on on-line user experience.
I am giving "5" (Very Satisfied) only because the next option is "4" (Somewhat Satisfied) and I am more than "somewhat" satisfied. I think I would give "4.5" (Satisfied) which would lay between the two above if this option existed.
