I placed an order on March 27, and contacted BuyBargainDeals by email on April 2 to find out when I should expect the software I ordered because no tracking information was provided, and I needed the software soon for a project. A reply came quickly that day, and it said: "Dear Sir, Will arrive any day." Then, 5 days later on April 7, I received a refund from paypal with no information entered or reason given. I was never contacted by BuyBargainDeals about this, only paypal because of an account action (the refund). I sent an email to ask what was going on, and never got a reply. I finally found a telephone number (not listed on their website anywhere that I could find), and called. The reply that I got was simply sorry, we don't have it. So apparently, although I was told it would be here 'any day', it actually never shipped out, and I was not told, refunded or an updated about this until 11 days later. Oh, and this product is still listed on their website for sale as of today. This is some of the worst customer service I've had ordering online. I recommend that if you actually need the product you're ordering that you don't order it from BuyBargainDeals, as they are very unreliable, and very uncommunicative.
Also, like another reviewer (hossafat) said, the product I ordered, is still listed on their, but at $20 more than it was. This happening once might be a coincidence, but it's more than a little suspicious that nearly the same thing happened to both of us.
