This felt like a scam. I am sorry our process inconvenienced you.. We do shred all customer's information after tickets have been accounted for the next business day. It states on our website that tickets must be returned as well and we keep personal info on file till tickets are returned. You also Signed a contract stating you have to return the tickets.
