I searched the net for weeks trying to find a better deal than B&H; finally found PC Nation but glad that I read their reviews. When I did, I came back to B&H Photo and was glad to paid the extra money, just for the piece of mind that comes with doing business with pros. When your spending hundreds, does a few dollars really matter?

Good deals always get better. Infinity Micro is a good deal. I experienced no problems whatsoever; everything was as advertised, price and delivery as promised. I even took advantage of the cash discount and saved enough to more than pay for a 3-year AppleCare extended service plan. (That, by the way, usually sells for $350 - Infinity Micro sells it, everyday, for $235.81). To make this good deal even better, I paid COD! No credit card numbers to worry about. A word to those who gleefully offer their negative report, I ask: when was the last time you gave anyone a good evaluation? Look in the mirror to find the answer.

THE worst online purchase I have ever experienced. Everything went wrong, it took a month to receive a working product (a Logitech wireless mouse) and when it finally arrived, the mouse and receiver came in a plastic bag, no instructions, no software, nothing else. Beware, US-DEPOT is a sorry reseller.

In today’s red-hot, consumer electronics business, Buy PhotoSound is a rare find. When I go shopping, I want the best product, at the best price from a company that provides fast, friendly, honest, and hassle-free service. And yes, I am willing to pay more to get the later. In this case, I didn’t have to pay more; Buy PhotoSound made it easy—they have it all: best product, price, and service. Yes, yes, I spent several weeks searching the Internet, reading reviews, deciding on which camcorder I wanted to buy (I finally decided on the Panasonic PV-DV953). Obviously, I read what others had to say about their experience buying from various retailers—some truly awful experiences. To those who provided warning to others, and myself, I thank you. I also wish to thank Michael at Buy PhotoSound for doing his job, very well. I do appreciate it.

Buying from BCD2000, for me, was a positive purchase from beginning to end. I searched first for the computer monitor that I wanted—I eventually selected the Samsung 191T+Bk. This process took several weeks, then, I spent almost another week looking for a retailer. Hence, I can confidently conclude that I made the right decision on booth. BCD2000 has knowledgeable salespeople, friendly customer service, timely emails, fast delivery, and great prices. Here’s a direct quote from one of their emails: “We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your hardware purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days.” My only question is, what else could a retail buyer want? Thanks, Keith.
