I paid $97 for your business plan templates and found them to be outstanding for completing the descriptive part of the plan but a dismal failure for doing the Microsoft Excel pro forma financial statements.

I had expected to find "straw man" pro formas with links to the downloaded business plan which would require me only to fill in actual projections for the business I am developing.

When I downloaded the Microsoft Excel work sheet, however, it was completely blank. Even though I have 49 years of experience in Science & Technology with a degree in Physics and a MBA, intructions in the business plan to create the pro formas were so befuddling that I have not yet been able to complete even a draft of the pro formas.

Because of this glaring defect, I would not recommend your business plan product at this time to anyone else.

I have, however, purchased your book - Start at the End - and found that to be very helpful.

I also enjoy reading your weekly newsletter.
