Overall, very good.
I've always had good experiences ordering from KEH.
Good selection of used equipment, GREAT pricing, and fast shipping.

*Update*
Let me add GREAT customer service to that list!

Within 30 min of my original review, (see below, I mention a damaged filter ring on a $35 lens i ordered), a customer service rep from KEH contacted me offering a refund on the lens and free return shipping!
Keep in mind that this is a $35 item, KEH will probably spend more on resolving the issue than it's worth.

After this experience I won't think twice about ordering from KEH in the future.


"If i had to complain about one thing, it'd be that the filter threads on one of the camera lenses I ordered (Canon FD 70-210) was damaged. Not a big deal as it probably happened during shipping, even though the item was packaged reasonably well
(can't really blame KEH for the fact that 30+yr old plastic filter ring = brittle)"
