I called western digital and they lied to me and said all it was was that i needed a booster power cable. They took over a week and a half to send it and gave me false stories about how they had already sent it. I told my problem to newegg and they had the rma info to me in less than twenty four hours. then on top of that they sent me a new one and gave me complimentary overnight shipping for my trouble even though it was western digital\u0027s fault. thank you newegg and thank you becky from customer service.
