My mom, sister and husband were all cheated out of their money by them when they ordered things for Christmas. The items that they ordered did not fit, so we tried to return them. They kept the merchandise, but said they would not refund their money b\/c the items were damaged. They were NOT damaged. We took them out of the plastic long enough to try them on and put them back in the plastic.
