I ordered this product originally on May 2nd and was told it would arrive May 14th. It never showed up and when I tracked it on the UPS website, it said it would now arrive the 15th. It still never came and the website updated again to say it would arrive on the 16th. Again, it never showed, so I called UPS and they told me to call Overstock. Overstock said they were running a trace on their end and that UPS would be doing the same. A couple days later I received a call that the package was "lost" and they would send a new one out. This was on Friday May 18th and I was ASSURED it was being shipped 2-day air on Monday and would arrive on Wednesday. Sure enough, the package didn't arrive on Wednesday and when I tracked it on UPS with the new tracking #, it said the package wasn't even shipped! I called Overstock and the customer service rep tried to tell me that "the shipper didn't scan the product because they were trying to get it on the plane fast". I laughed when she told me this but was again assured that it would arrive the next day. I asked "If this was shipped 2-day air, why is it taking 3 days?" She came up with some ludicrous excuse and at this point I was done being jerked around knowing very well that no package was arriving the next day. Sure thing, today is Thursday and there is no package. UPS has come and gone (twice) with nothing. I called UPS and they confirmed that the package was never sent. It is very obvious that this shipper (I don't know if it is Overstock or a 3rd party) is a scam and had NO intention of shipping my product. Even worse, is that customer service tried to convince me that the product was actually going to show up when they knew that it would never come. This is my first and LAST time ever ordering ANYTHING on Overstock. They are not a reputable company and I'll just stick with Amazon where I never have problems.
