The order was placed 12/11/2007 and have been following up with them for a week and today I lost TRUST and patience and forced them to cancel the order. I tried to cancel the order on 12/15/2007 and the CSR would just not listen to me and would not cancel. The most rude CSR I have ever dealt with interacting with an online shop's customer service. It is probably a garage office. The guy said my credit card was declined and took another credit card number and said the order was processed. But when I call today the CSR says the order is on 'HOLD' and asked me if I requested the order to be put on 'HOLD'. I said sorry, 'Please cancel my order'.

Long story short, its not worth dealing with such mediocre service minded people for a few bucks. I am sure our time is worth more than a few bucks per call to them.

I will never shop MACMALL again and will tell everyone I know about MACMALL and to avoid the shopping here. JUST NOT WORTH IT.
