I won't deal with them again. Sold me a solar panel not in stock. I paid $75 for shipping, but it ended up taking weeks to get to me. The panels turned out to be unusual, quirky panels that have special grounding and inverter requirements, which were not mentioned at their website. So I had to return them. Despite their admission that their online listing had inadeqaute information, and that they would update the listing to mention the special requirements, they still refused to pay shipping or even share shipping costs. Loss to me was $150. And they use the cheapest, worst freight company in Australia. Avoid at all costs!

I'm in Australia so returns are not an option due to shipping costs. I've stopped buying from Sierra Trading Post because several of my recent orders were very unsatisfactory, for example New Balance running shoes that both my wife and I found so uncomfortable we could not walk more than 50 yards in them, and male underwear with leg openings so narrow I could not get my legs through them. Both of these items are, in my opinion, remaindered stock from brick-n-mortar stores that were sold on at a steep discount to Sierra for onselling to unsuspecting online buyers. The shoes actually have store stickers on them that indicate that the shoes were remaindered. So if you live in the USA and returning goods is not expensive, maybe you will find a bargain or two, but if you live outside the USA, it's just not good value for money. Too many products are obviously flawed in design, which is how Sierra got them in the first place. I also take issue with the veracity of their reviews. For instance, the underwear with super-narrow leg openings had hundreds of positive reviews, and only a few that told the truth about the narrow legs. These underpants were so clearly flawed that I cannot believe that many men would find them satisfactory. So disregard the positive reviews, and look carefully at the negative ones, which are likely the only ones written by actual customers.

I ordered 6 Scanpan stainless steel cookware items and all arrived with some sort of minor manufacturing damage (rippled surfaces, divots, scratches, etc). They are clearly factory seconds. Merchant denied they are selling seconds, but comparison with the same items in stores confirms that they are selling seconds, knowingly or unknowingly.

Bought from dealsdirect.com.au a set of expensive sheets that arrived in the wrong color and with missing pillowslips. They eventually agreed to refund $20 for sending the wrong colors, but when I asked them to send the missing pillowslips, they stalled, saying they had contacted their suppliers about it. I'm still waiting, nearly 2 months later. I've opened a PayPal dispute. At this stage, I'd have to advise anyone thinking of dealing with this company to think again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This seller is famous for dealing fraudulently with buyers on the net and eBay. I bought an item that simply never arrived, and when I emailed them, they just ignored me. I finally dug up their true contact number: (480) 990-7690 (they are really called Phoenix Jewelers Supply at 2933 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 as you can find out by doing a Google search for "FindingKing" and "Phoenix". This information was also obtainable from findingking's own "about me" page on eBay when I looked. I called that number and spoke to them, and it is definitely them). Their excuse to me was that they use "Swedish Mail" and that's why I don't have my item two months later. I opened a dispute on eBay, they demanded that I withdraw my negative feedback, and as soon as I complied they walked away from the dispute and I heard no more. You would be crazy to buy anything from these people. I Googled "finding king avoid" (exactly like that, including quotations marks) and found a website created by a furious ex-customers of theirs, with many comments and disputes from other irate and cheated customers. I wish I'd seen that before sending them my money!
