I am very happy with my new computer. Issues that arose during the ordering process were resolved in a timely manner, and whenever I called the customer service line, I never had to wait on hold, my calls were answered immediately. When they were out of the processor I had chosen, they gave me a free upgrade to prevent delay of my order. Altogether, I feel that I got a good deal for what I paid for. My only complaint is that my game loads too quickly for me to read the load screen tips and hints.
