The website ordering was intuitive, powerful and seemed to be WYSIWYG. I was impressed with the quality. It was easy to install too. Will purchase again with a longer message.

Ordered the Fenix TK11 R4 on October 30th 2010. Received and e-mail on November 4th indicating the R4 was no longer available and that I could opt to upgrade to the R5 for no additional cost. I agreed. On Nov. 5th the flashlight shipped via USPS. Received the R5 on Nov. 9th. This is my 1st time ordering from this company and I'm satisfied.

I purchased a battery for my LG LX160 cellular phone. Now the battery will go dead when there are 3 of 4 bars. That is when it reaches 75% of a full charge. I e-mailed them last week and have not as much as received a confirmation that it was received. My wife's new battery from B4Less goes down to 1 bar before going dead. Even though my battery cost less that her's I will try to remember NOT to purchase from B4Less in the future due to their lack of correspondence.

Additional: The ma of the original battery was 750. The one they shipped was 600ma.

I had a great experience with Crucial. The Crucial System Scanner tool was helpful in detemining which iMac I had. At that time the "Refine my choices" section was not pointing to the modules I knew I needed. Customer Service couldn't explain it but just wanted to make a sale. I ignored the results from the "Refine" section, ordered the module the next day and have them installed at this time. I give the hardware a (+), customer service a (-) and the "Refine" section a (-). I would purchase Crucial modules anyday.

I bought a Firewire drive for my brother's Apple. I was initially concerned that the OEM box was packed in a larger box without any packing material but everything seems to be fine.
