I ordered 4 boxes of Christmas lights on December 12 and it was supposed to ship on the 16th of December. I received an email on the 17th that 2 boxes of the lights I order were not in stock and would I like to cancel that portion of the order. After speaking to the customer service rep. I was then told that the other 2 boxes of lights were not available either. Therefore they charged my credit card without ever having the merchandise in stock and I was assured that I would receive a refund within 10 days. Today is January 2nd and I have yet to receive a refund for a product that was not in stock to begin with. I'm really disappointed and will contact them tomorrow to get my money back.
