I had one of my worst purchasing experiences ever with Cyberpower PC. I suggest anyone thinking of buying from them try and call their technical support line and see if you can get a human. (Their sales support was great for me. They actually have adequate staff in sales.) I had about a 1/20 success ratio calling tech support. My $3000 computer arrived with case fans unplugged, fans not wired to the fan controller, the PC crashed all of the time, and the PC was not overclocked which I paid for it to be.
CyperPowerPC's almost nonexistant tech support left me to trouble shoot the situation on my own. First, I upgraded the power supply because the unit that I had from them was below what nVidia asked for with my system specs. I wired the fans to the fan controller properly, and had to test all of the memory sticks and video cards. It turns out I had a bad video card (which I understand is beyond Cyberpower's control.)
Three days have passed since I reported the bad video card and I am still waiting for a replacement to be shipped. Not exactly the experience I signed on for when I purchased a $3K computer.
Cyberpower never took ownership for all of the issues that they could have prevented by proper assembly and pre-shipment testing. They do not staff the tech services department and leave their customers to find solutions elsewhere. (In my case calling nVidia and in computer forums). I am lucky that I had enough technical ability to remedy the situation because Cyberpower PC showed me no interest in helping solve the issues. Buyer Beware.
