Overall I am a bit upset with my experience with Macmall.
Purchased a Macbook Pro 17" (Early 2011 Model) and it was advertised as "OSX Lion Installed". Well guess what... It wasnt installed.
Several attempts to contact MacMall and the sales person Kenneth led to a dead end. I was promised a refund of $29.99 (price of Lion) but its been like pulling teeth.
Now that I have wasted about 2 hours trying to get what I was promised, I simply requested an RMA. Well that prompted a refund (or so they say). However; I am still going to return this laptop on principal and if they attempt to hit me with a Restocking Fee, I will simply dispute with my bank as they falsely advertised my machine.
Really what happened to Macmall ? Felt a bit nostalgic when I purchased the laptop remembering the catalogs which used to show up like clockwork. This company is simply an offshored/outsourced shell.

Salesperson finally emailed me this morning and told me he was out with bronchitis. Regardless, I still asked for RMA which was like pulling teeth.
Salesperson took responsibility and offered return with no restocking fee and paid return shipping because the error was on their part.
Salesperson sent sad story about how he would be penalized for the return even though it was because of a eronious listing. I would have expected a bit more professionalism from Macmall. Felt bad for him (even though I find it hard to believe he will get hit with a fee) but its too late.
System sent back this afternoon using their UPS Label. I will update this review when I receive refund to update on that process.
