I rented a camera body, battery grip and 4 lenses to shoot a wedding. The (old) website made it easy to determine the availability of the equipment I was interested in. The rental process was very easy and the website easy to navigate. The equipment was shipped and delivered on time, however the box the equipment was packed in was semi-crushed(UPS?). I unpacked the equipment which was wrapped in bubble wrap that was half popped. Everything worked fine. The camera body had the battery grip attached and the batteries charged. The lenses and camera body were clean and well maintained. I had a few questions about one of the lenses, so I wrote an e-mail. The response was very quick and informative. The equipment worked flawlessly and I was very happy. Overall I give LensRentals.com a big thumbs up, or 9.5 out of 10. Customer service was especially good! By the way...the Canon 85mm f/1.2L II is an amazing lens. I was sad to send it back! Just wish it auto focused faster.

Received everything on time. Lenses were in great shape and worked fine. Return shipping was easy. Will rent here again. The only complaint is that the packing foam smelled really bad...a heavy smoker must have had the packing material before i did...not a reflection on the products tho. i looked at other reviews and found that some had complained of the smelly packaging too.
