I was very impressed by the excellent service and quality of products. I ordered the Xtend-a-Slide Plus, step down rings, and extra film carrier as a Christmas present for my husband. Phil Williams (CEO) called me to make sure I wanted the "standard" slide carrier instead of the quick change carrier. I told Phil that I did not know which carrier my husband would prefer. After Christmas, my husband called Phil, and he sent out the quick change carrier for exchange at no extra charge (and no shipping charge either way). My husband called on Tuesday and received the exchange on Friday. The service could not have been better, and my husband is thrilled with his present.

Excellent rental experience. Lens was clean and in very good condition. Pick up and drop off was very smooth. Provided several helpful Emails. Will definitely rent from Lens Depot again.
