5/5

Update: Josh called and made things right. The part number I originally ordered was out of stock but he gave me a suitable replacement, matched my original price, and additionally shipped them to me overnight for free.
Thanks Josh. You've ensured that Newegg will get my continued business.

Original review:
Horrible. I ordered multiple things from them, and one of my orders never arrived. American Express called to ask of the charge was legit, and I told them it was, so the order should have went through, or Newegg should have resubmitted the charge. Instead they just cancelled the order, never called me even though they asked my phone number in the ordering process. They do not pick up when you call them. I spent 5 days trying to call them and could not connect. Their website says to call until 5:30 Pacific time, when you call at 5:20 it says "our office is closed".
I don't understand the ridiculous hero worship reviews everyone gives Newegg. What use is a vendor who will never answer phone calls?

“Dear customer, we follow this practise for the protection of our cosumers and our company as well to prevent fraudulent orders. Plz feel free to contact our credit card department for further information. This policy, however, is not mandatory, you can still place your orders without disclosing your Social Security no. Hope this helps in clarifying your doubt. Regards, TD Customer Service”
