The problem though is they didn\u0027t ship my product until 3\/8, 4 business days later. The other issue was the shipping cost. When I Googled my product, the webpage (not VNF) listed this as a site with free shipping, however I was charged shipping. I sent an e-mail to VNF after I placed my order and received no response. When I went online to track my order there was no place to track it. They do offer the ability to track your shipment. This was my first order from VNF and at this point I can\u0027t really say I was impressed, but not overly disappointed.
