They packed-up the used item and sold for a new price. Unfortunately, I paid $160.00 for the heli. We are trying to resolve this problem. There customer service is stink. Thats why they have the lowest prices in the internet to attract more customers, then they mail defective or used merchandise. It is hard to believe this company excess. I am reporting to Business Bureau, Amazon, and others. Please stay away from them.
