I contacted efaucets customer service and was told to take a picture of the faucet with the missing piece and send it to them via email. I had a difficult time, seeing that I am not electronically saavy, but managed to send the picture anyhow. I was told a replacement part is on the way. I pray that none of the other reviews ring true and I get the part to my faucet on time in order to complete my home improvement project.
