“Sorry, but the signature at time of delivery cannot be optional, as it's the first thing the major credit card companies ask if there's a chargeback dispute filed by a cardholder.
We do offer the option at time of checkout to have an order shipped to an alternate address where the cardholder can be to sign for their shipment, but the cardholder must also complete the ASAA form to have the done.”
