i ordered an Action Replay for the PS2 on March 5, 2008. After a few days I received no response from Baysoftgames.com, through Yahoo shopping, other than that they charged my check card. I looked at my online bank statement and there was a telephone number on the statement where Baysoftgames.com charge was posted. I called the number, it was disconnected. I emailed them, 3 times, no response whatsoever!!!. I emailed Yahoo Shopping, they sent a caned email stating that they will contact the seller to resolve the issue. They were no help. Luckily I called my bank in time and reported the fraud. They returned my money to my bank account. Never use this merchant for any purchases. they will not send your product and they will try to keep your money. The only other reason I can see they did not send it is because the site is up and running, but no one is actually maintaining it. Kinda weird. Still, do not use this merchant!!!!
