I ordered the Sony cybershot V-1 on Dec 11th and I called on Dec 15th to ask some questions about shipping and I got hung up on at least 5 times I was spoken too very rudely and then was told to call back another time b/c they weren't open yet.So I canceled my order and was left feeling attacked when I thought I was supposed to be the customer.
