I was charged $132.00 on an product still sealed in the shipping package. <br><br>Their justification for this fee is that they have to ship the product back to the manufacturer and pay a fee and that\u0027s why they charge 15%. To me it would make perfect sense to keep that un-opened product in their own warehouse so they don\u0027t have to charge the 15% restocking fee to their customers.<br><br>It seems to me like this is a shady practice because I can\u0027t figure out a legitimate reason to justify this type of fee especially when I wanted to turn around and invest that money right back into their company.<br><br>So in general I would be willing to pay more for a product provided I would be guaranteed better customer service.","link":"http:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/Lagoom\/comment\/446924#comment446924","store_thumb":"http:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/thumbnail\/Lagoom.jpg","store_name":"Lagoom","username":"mrfragtastic","rating":"1"}, "single");){kind=link}
