I agree with other reviewers and should have read their comments first. I purchased an item through this vendor's Amazon storefront and Powersport Superstore provided the WORST customer service of ANY vendor I've encountered over the course of 500+ items purchased through Amazon in the last few years. My experience in brief
* Product arrived on time, but of such poor quality that it was not safely usable
* Received an email directly from vendor to "ensure that your expectations were fully met," and asking for a 4 or 5 star rating
* I responded to the email explaining my disappointment in the product
* I was asked to return the product, and after indicating that the package was opened, the rep wrote said that he "notated [sic] the order to process a refund when received"
* I returned the product at my own expense
* They shorted me on the refund by docking a TWENTY PERCENT restocking fee and RETROACTIVELY CHARGING for outbound shipping

Well-priced product and reasonable delivery time, but AWFUL customer support. Description of item was unclear so I asked for clarification from the online chat support. They repeatedly pasted the vague language from the website in response to my requests to clarify it. Eventually, the rep claimed to check with someone. The next set of responses proved to be incorrect once the item arrived.

Very helpful seller.
Products were delivered promptly and pricing was great.
Where J&R really shined was in their approach to problem solving. One of the products, a Hügel GPS unit, was defective. This was a manufacturer's issue, not, J&R, but Hugel has been very unresponsive. J&R was very accommodating in processing a return and offering an exchange or refund. They did the best that they could to handle what was within their control.

This is an update to my initially negative review. The negative (item delivered was of lower quality than materials than described) has been far offset by the responsiveness of their customer service to remedy the issue. Within hours of my raising it, they acknowledged their mistake in the product description and offered more than reasonable accommodations to rectify the situation.
Other products that they've sent in this and prior orders have been as described, and at very competitive prices.
