Dear Customer Support,
I just learned that my order, which was supposed to be here within 5 business days, has not even shipped from some alternate warehouse. When I spoke with your customer service rep, she informed me that the words “available” are not the same as “in stock” and there is no guaranteed delivery date for “available” Also, if I see the words “available” next to my part number, then I should not assume that the item is in stock and I should not assume the delivery date is valid!!! The best she could tell me was that my order might arrive “sometime” next week! When I explained to her that I did not feel this was an honest way to do business, she said she was sorry that I felt this way, but the order clearly stated the words “Available” next to my part number, and since it was company policy, there was nothing she could do and I should have a good day!!!!
