Drugstore.com entices you into their shop with e-mails promising you gifts with a purchase, then they do not deliver.
I followed the order specifications to get a free $ 25 restaurant card, but it never arrived. I wrote three times to their customer service and they keep blaming restaurant.com, but do not take any action to solve my problem. They keep asking me to wait and see. I think they just hope I'll forget or let it go. I did not order only because of the gift, but it was a nice "plus", and they made a promise they did not honor. I am through with them until I get what is mine, even though they do not seem in a hurry to correct their mistake. I guess they think that one little customer is not important. This is also what Goliath thought, and was he mistaken...
