BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order for a 12" Alpine Type-R sub on the 15th, got an email the next day that it was backordered and they were cancelling my order. I'd paid through PayPal, but they had never issued a refund, so I called their customer service number. The customer service rep was very rude about the whole deal, claiming they'd never charged my card and refused issue a refund. I tried to explain to her that I'd paid through PayPal and they had indeed already charged me, but because she barely spoke any English, she didn't understand. I eventually had to file a PayPal dispute and a Better Business Bureau claim to get my money back. Will never do business with again!
