Overall, a very good online shopping experience. B&H's website is very easy to navigate through, offers great product selection, and placing an order is quick and easy. Total pricing and shipping options are clearly stated upon checkout.

However, I sent an email to B&H regarding shipping and information on a specific item. I never received a response from them.

Also, for my order, I chose UPS Expedited (2 day) shipping to Canada and I thought that my order would be shipped the same day since I placed the order before their cut-off time of 3:30pm on a Thursday. Their website states that all 'rush' orders will be shipped the same day as long as it is placed before their cut-off time, however, my order did not ship until the following Monday.

There was a misunderstanding of my initial review. B&H thought that I had claimed that UPS did not deliver my order on time. However, this was not the case.

Actually, I was disappointed that my order was not prepared and shipped the same day by B&H when I had originally placed the order. After clearing up this matter with B&H via email, I was informed that ONLY orders originating from the US are guaranteed to ship the same day.

I suggest that B&H should make this clear on their website.

FutureShop provides an very good service IF you do not require any assistance from customer support.

Placing orders online is quick and simple, and shipping via UPS is free! Orders usually arrive the next business day, if shipped the same day.

FutureShop's customer support via email is awful. Only my general questions regarding service are answered. Anything else, such as attempting to cancel an order that is on backorder or not yet shipped, have been ignored!

Therefore, its best just to let your order arrive, then later return it to the closest FutureShop retail store, instead of trying to contact the online support team.

NCSX is a great online store! I've made many purchases from them and all of my orders have been processed quickly and shipped the same day, unless something is out of stock.

Their newer online store, NCSXShop.com, looks much better than the old one and is very easy to navigate and placing orders is simple.

Email inquiries are followed by friendly responses usually within a few hours or 24 hours at most.

I highly recommend NCSX to anyone looking for an online import store with overall great service!

I placed an order for an Imola Orange Envy m360 on July 6th. The order was confirmed and processed early the next day. My m360 arrived exactly 22 days later on July 28th.

My m360 is built to perfection. There aren't any paint flaws, no active/stuck pixels, and it runs all programs and games flawlessly! Including Doom 3 and Far Cry!!

The only odd thing that occurred during the build process was that I never received any of the automated emails that should have notified me as the m360 entered a new stage in the build process.

Therefore, I always kept in touch with customer service in order to find out how my m360's build status was progressing. ALL emails to customer service, or anyone at Voodoo, were answered within a few hours to 24 hours at most. Everyone I have dealt with at Voodoo has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!

Voodoo provides excellent products and is dedicated to customer service. I highly recommend Voodoo!
