I ordered a Lenovo Tablet K1 on Nov 15, 2011. According the Lenovo website, the estimated ship date for my order is around Nov 30. This tablet is a Christmas gift. So I checked my order status a lot. The estimated ship date kept changing. On Dec 5, I checked the status again and found the Estimated Ship Date for my order has changed to Dec 23. I used web-chat and found Lenovo cancel my order WITH NO REASON. Then I call sales to make sure my order REALLY has been cancelled. In the middle of phone conservation, my call was dropped and was transferred to another customer rep in India. I barely understood what he said.
Lenovo cancelled my order and not even bothered to notify me. This is the LAST time I will try to buy anything from Lenovo.
