TigerGPS advertises guaranteed minimum price. You must click on a link and then provide the competitors price. I've done this twice, but TigerGPS just fails to reply. They do have an on-line chat available, however, when I notified them of the issue, they said there was nothing they could do. Bottom line - deceptive advertising.

Great prices, fast delivery (usually within a few days), excellent customer service and advice to answer any of my questions.
