I placed an order six months ago and my American Express was immediately charged for the order, but I never received the merchandise. I have tried every way I know to contact the company. I have made many phone calls where all but one goes nowhere. I did get an answering machine on one, but never received a call back. Have sent emails and left messages at their web site, but no response. I tried to start an inquiry through American Express, but it had been more than sixty days since I placed the order, so no help there. I had placed many orders with them in the past, so I thought they were a reputable company. They still have a web site, but I'm convinced it is a scam and don't understand how they can continue to collect the money without providing the merchandise. Stay away from American Nutrition.

Our product was shipped within days of placing the order and was received Dec. 21, 2004, just in time for the Christmas Holidays. My husband and I were very pleased with the product, shipping, and service. This was the first time we ordered from this company, but we wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
