I used this vendor through Amazon and was a bit skeptical because the price they advertised was significantly lower (roughly $40) than that of competitors. However, since I was going through Amazon, I figured that I would have recourse should something go wrong.

I also went to the website itself to double-check that the item I wanted (an SMP bicycle seat) was in stock and that the shipping charges quoted via Amazon were the same. In reality, I don't like to pay for shipping, especially when so many other vendors offer free shipping, but the charges were fair and still came to a lower total cost than anyone else.

After placing the order, it took less than 12 hours for this vendor to ship my seat. I received email confirmation that it had shipped and a little later, also received a tracking number for FedEx.

The seat arrived very quickly and was exactly the item I had ordered.

I noticed that the seat was NOT attached to the SMP cardboard that I was expecting and that I had seen elsewhere. Instead, the seat came wrapped in a clear plastic bag. However, I could not see any signs of wear and can only assume that this seat is, in fact, brand new. Still, I would have liked to be informed beforehand that this items would not be in it's original packing (if that is, indeed, the case). That said, I am certainly willing to accept that the original packaging is missing since the price was so much lower than elsewhere.

Overall, though, this was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to use this vendor again.

I was in the market for a new ladder and, after much browsing, determined that a Little Giant ladder would suit my needs perfectly. While comparing prices, I happened upon Ladder Deopt and noticed that their prices were lower than those of any other merchant - prices were even lower than those advertised on the manufacturer's own website.

Subsequently, I went to resellerratings but could not find a review for this company. My next stop was the BBB website where the company was rated A+ while the company's history showed that they have been in business since 1929 (under the name "Sunset Ladder").

I ordered my ladder and a few accessories, which was an easy and well set-up process. Shortly thereafter, I received a confirmation email followed by a copy of the actual bill, the latter one sent by the owner of the company.

I should point out that the company redirects shoppers to a third-party credit card processing firm and I was a bit thrown off by that. Turns out, this was not a problem either.

Then, I waited and waited, hoping to receive a shipping notice. Nothing came for about a week and I grew a bit concerned. The very morning that I was going to contact Ladder Depot, Fed Ex stopped by with my complete order.

Items were shipped directly from the manufacturer, were well packed, and my order was complete and did not have any damages from shipping.

Overall, I had a great experience with Ladder Depot but would wish that they send a shipping notification and perhaps a tracking number. For that, I deducted one star...

I would not hesitate to purchase from them again if I am ever in need of another ladder.

OWC always comes through just as promised. Their products are first rate and equals their flawless service. I've order from them several times and have never experienced even the slightest problem.

I am primarily in the market for reliable external hard drives. Over the years, I have tried quite a few and most failed rather quickly due to the harsh climate in which they are used. OWC's external hard drives, on the other hand, keep on working...

In other words, with OWC you get great products AND great service. What more could you ask for?

I came upon this seller through Amazon rather than directly through their webpage. Shortly after I had purchased a pair of Grado headphones, I received an email informing me that Hidef had already shipped the order. I double-checked the provided tracking number on the UPS site and, not surprisingly, the order had, indeed, been shipped.

This is how business ought to be done! I am 100% happy with this merchant and recommend them without any reservations. They are fast and keep you informed so that you never have to worry about the legitimacy of your transaction.

Ordered several swim diapers from softclothbunz without having done any research on them - they were the only ones to carry a specific item I wanted and I decided to take the plunge.

Turns out, others love softclothbunz and I quickly learned why. I placed my order at 1 am and it shipped at 10 - a mere nine hours later. Fantastic!

To top it all off, shipping charges were only US$2 - which is really phenomenal.

I wish all online retailers were like this: Quick, honest efficient.

The site is easy to navigate, various sizes and colors are easy to select, and the entire process is very, very smooth.

As an added bonus, this retailer offers a coupon for first-time shoppers and, upon reviewing your ordered items on their site, you will receive another coupon for 10% off.

There is no questions in my mind that I will order from them again. I can't praise them enough!

Ordering was logical and easy. After my order was placed, I received a confirmation email with an invoice number. The next day, I received a phone call from the shipping department informing me that certain colors of diapers were unavailable. After calling Cotton Babies back and telling them what colors to send instead, the order was shipped the very same day and arrived without any problems.

Part Advantage was not the most communicative company to deal with. Basically, after submitting my order, I instantly received a confirmation email with a reference number. Nothing more was sent - other than the product. I did not receive a shipping notification but frankly, I don't care too much as long as the product arrives.

I received the product as described in a very timely manner and am very happy with my experience. Quick, easy, and honest.

These guys are out of this world. I only wish that everything in life worked as smoothly as this vendor. I placed an order for new binoculars with them at about 1:58 pm and received a shipping confirmation from UPS at 2:38 pm - yes, 40 minutes later!

These guys are lightning fast and there is no doubt that I would order from them again.

PS.: In the interim, I have received the order. Everything was exactly as described and overall, this is the smoothest and fastest online purchasing experience I have ever had. I am truly impressed and cannot praise EagleOptics enough!

Ordered an item through Amazon, which partners with this retailers. Order was supposed to be shipped within a few days but failed to arrive by the scheduled date. Contacted seller several times but received no response. Item is now four weeks overdue and still no response. Had to initiate a claim against the company through Amazon. Seems that the company is okay as long as there are no problems. Once problems arise, however, this company is simply horrible and simply ignores it's customers.

I've used them repeatedly over the last two or three years and have never been disappointed. Once orders are placed, they are basically boxed and shipped within the hour (or so it seems) and you receive them as fast as UPS can deliver.

Everything has always been exactly as specified on their website - with one little exception: One of my orders was for a US model lens. A day after ordering it, I received an email apologizing that the US lens was not in store but that a Grey Import was available. I was given basically three options: Cancel the order, wait for the US model to be restocked, accept the Grey Import. I decided to accept the Grey Import because digitalfotoclub included a 5 year international warranty and a set of three filters in their offer. I found this to be satisfactory and received my lens shortly afterwards.

I have found digitalfotoclub to be the only true alternative to that other big online camera store located in NYC. They are simply fantastic.
