Recently purchased Windows XP Home Upgrade and realized I needed Windows XP Home Full edition to do a boot repair. The return process was painless and Michael made sure that I ordered the right product and then sat with me on the phone through the repair process just in case there was an issue, which there were none. My machine was repaired and working fine now. I am definitely going back to these guys for whatever they can provide for me. It is easy for a supplier to get you sw or hw that you need. That is an ordering and shipping exercise. But the support is the key difference. This company make sure that you get to the finish line. That last 10% can be all difference when you need to be up and running quick. From my many years of experience with technology, it can consume 80% of the time. Keep up the good work!!
