B&H continues to be the go-to photo retailer for me. They ship the product quickly and carefully package fragile items. I am somewhat unhappy when I order multiple items one of which qualifies for free shipping and the other does not. The full order should be free shipping when the higher price item qualifies. I have had to pay shipping that I believe is fairly expensive for the items being shipped.

This company is a JOKE. We ordered a cordless mouse online. Unfortunately it did not work with my current corldess keyboard. There were no instructions on how to return it so I went to the local Office Depot Store in Union NJ. I was told by the clerk at the check out counter that they don't accept returns on online orders. I asked to speak to a manager. She refused to come to the counter to speak to me. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. I can guarantee you that this company will be out of business before the end of 2012, and deservedly so.
