Ordered a number of RAID / enterprise class Seagate hard drives, and received rebadged HP drives instead. Very disappointed. In retrospect, reading these reviews would have had me avoiding this company. As many others here have said - don't waste your time & money here.

Print quality is good, but sometimes inconsistent. We ordered (7) batches of (500) 8-1/2 x 11 flyers. (6) of the (7) batches came out good. The last batch was bad - had some very obvious blocking of colors. Ok - so no one's perfect - but we were on deadline (tradeshow in Europe), so we had to pay an arm and a leg to get them reprinted locally. What's done is done.

After the show, we reached out to PSPrint (feedback@psprint.com) on 1/26 - got a response at first to rectify the situation, but haven't heard back in over a month now. We're not looking for a refund, but at least some credit for a future job for our added expenses since they messed up the job. We went back and forth for a bit to show/describe the problem via our scans of the brochures - but haven't heard anything since Feb. 11.

Again, no one's perfect and we understand that.. but it's the one month mark now, and we've followed up twice already since then (2/19 & 3/1) - so they apparently just don't care!

Lesson here is: PSPrint is good for prints as they're inexpensive, but if you're in a rush and can't wait to get proofs - forget it. Get it done locally instead, as most likely, a mistake may be made. We will likely do business with them again, but only for non-rush jobs, and a proof needs be received.

Good pricing, zero for post-30 day customer service.

I had purchased (2) phones from here, but had a problem with one of them two months ago. Despite multiple emails for assistance, no one ever replied.

We are looking to order more phones as well; for those of you who have time, they offer good pricing, but for companies like ours that value time, stay away. Their customer service, post-sale, is non-existent.

I've purchased from MC countless times, and they've always been good. Excellent customer service, good shipping times, and very good about their returns policy.

The people who've had trouble here seem to be ordering small stuff like LEDs, capacitors, etc., but if you order non-component stuff like I have, you'll probably have no problems.

Terrible service, unresponsive. Phone number simply leads to a voice mail, emails don't get replied to. Nice prices, but it won't matter as you probably won't be getting your product. It's been more than a week since I ordered, and I haven't received any type of confirmation, shipping info, etc. Just dead silence. I will be disputing the charge soon if I don't hear from them.

Well, it's been a year and a half later - just for kicks, I went back to see if they're still in business. Lo-and-behold, they've renamed themselves to "consoleimports.com"

The FRAUD & SCAM is still ongoing, but the name and face has changed - BEWARE OF CONSOLEIMPORTS.COM !

TERRIBLE service. I bought a PCI video card from them on Sept. 28 & received it on Sept. 30. I was all excited - but after testing it on 3 different computers over 2 days (Thurs & Fri - 9/30, 10/1), the part was DOA, so I had to send it back.

I emailed them of the problem on Oct. 4 (the first business day the week after) & tried to get an RMA number - but their reply actually was missing the RMA number itself. I emailed them AGAIN - and it took another 72 hours to get a RMA number. I immediately sent it out on Oct 11, the first business day the week after. A UPS link can be seen here:


So after their promise of "we'll process the RMA within 5-7 biz days," I email them back AGAIN, as there were NO updates on my order. They write back a few days later (Oct 27), asking for the tracking number - when I had emailed it to them TWO WEEKS AGO. I had to resend my email.

About a month has now passed by - STILL no updates, so I wanted to call them. After digging through the site, I realized that there were NO phone numbers listed on their site whatsoever - they're only provided in their confirmation emails.

I finally called them on Nov. 3, and was promised a video card that was superior to what I had ordered. Apparently, they had oh-so-conveniently neglected to post the full technical specs of the card - it's incompatible with many motherboards. They said it would arrive in a few days.

Now, it's Nov. 19 - yet ANOTHER two weeks have passed by. I've tried to call them again, but now, it appears their phoneline has been disconnected.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I stand by my judgement - I doubt my order will ever get sorted out.
